Some (not all) of my packing slips are in black and white instead of color today (on Etsy's end - my printer is set for color). All my Etsy photos are in color.
Do your labels and packing slips to print open in a separate Adobe Acrobat window? It has its own individual settings/menu on the right side that likely overide your computer's or printer's settings.
