I have a shipping profile that is free ground shipping with an option to upgrade to the customer. I have noticed that when I print my shipping labels I cannot change the default setting, if I move my cursor to select a different shipping speed it moves the cursor to the top of the page. So I was going to review my shipping profiles but it is doing the same thing, moving my cursor without selecting or deselecting what I am trying to do. I checked updates on my computer, I restarted and still having the same issue. I have not had this issue on any other program I use, so it has to be etsy specific. Is anyone aware of this problem and is there a fix?
