Printing International Postage Labels Error

When I print my postage label and CN22 form direct via Etsy labels to my label printer, it keeps feeding an extra blank sheet through. 

If I select print all it prints the postage, a blank sheet, then the CN22 

It even does this if I select CUSTOM print pages 1-2 , but it prints both labels together then feeds through the blank sheet.

This only happens on Etsy and not when I use Royal Mail direct

Error still happening today

They've made the CN22 a weird size - no idea why. Everyone else makes it smaller than the postage label, Etsy makes it bigger. 

I have to download as A4 and then crop in my label printer app.
