I have some print on demand items that I recently listed, using Printify.
I make mostly handmade items, but I wanted to add a few additional designs to the shop for Christmas.
I then went and added a few custom name and family ornaments at a €25 regular price.
They show up at €30 on my shop page.
I updated in both Printify and Etsy listings directly, to be sure it wasn't a mistake on currency conversion.
I tried to contact Etsy support, but unfortunately they took so much time to answer, than when I finally got back, the chat has ended.
So I have a problem with no solution and it is not possible to put a price and then Etsy does whatever they want in the main page of the shop.
I tried incognito mode and the same price show up at €30, instead of €25.
If it is a glitch, please fix it asap. If it is not, then could you please tell me what can I do to fix this.
It would be very much appreciated.
