Prices Doubling at Checkout

I have a customer who is trying to purchase an item but the price is calculating at double the posting price at checkout. I contacted Etsy support and the representative I spoke with went into the system as a buyer and did not experience the same issue. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

I added an item to my cart and it's not happening to me.

Thank you for doing that! The item that the customer is trying to buy shows as being in 2 carts. I am wondering if maybe that is causing the problem.

@SevenOrchards That would have no effect on the cart total.

I tested your shop and am not seeing that.

I'm guessing:  

• She accidentally put 2 of the item in her cart
• She has other items from other shops in her cart, and is not realizing it
• Shipping is close to the item price, doubling her total

If it isn't shipping, tell her to try deleting everything from her cart and starting again.
