Good afternoon, i have an item selling for CA$69.65, but when the costumer makes the purchase i get CA$65.18, thats not even with the deductes fees, so why it isnt reflecting, this has happened in my 2 recent sales.
If your shop is set to USD but getting deposited in CAD, then it still sounds like it's doing a currency conversion. My shop is all in USD, so I don't know what shops that have a conversion see, maybe someone that does can speak up and let you know what you'd see if that was the case; like if they line item that out like they do all the other fees or if it just makes the adjustment.
If you are in Canada and are getting paid in CAD, then I'd just switch the currency now to remove USD from your shop to avoid any other issues. I don't know of any benefit to using the USD vs your local currency.
Sorry, I don't understand your post. Go to your payment account and you'll see all transactions.
the price of a hoodie ... the final sale price when you click the button to buy its CA$69.65.. thats the price that should have deductions with fees and all u want, BUT im getting 65.18 MINUS the deductions fees... so i get CA$57.33, i can clearly see why i got -CA$7.85, but i cant see why it went down from CA$69.65. to CA$65.18
What currency is your shop set to? It sounds like maybe it's doing a currency conversion.
its on Canadian Dollar

@CanadaClassics: It may or may not matter to you, but if you change currency your Star Seller stats for sales will reset to zero.
As an aside, you need to include the licensing information for all of the trademarked and copyrighted names and images in your shop in your listing, otherwise buyers (and Etsy) may conclude they are counterfeits. And a buyer could file a not as described case against you and both get their money back and keep the item. Including the licensing information will show that you are not selling those items illegally.
When you go to your Payment Account and look at the order, it shows date of order, Payment for Order #xxx, then the amount, then the same amount is deposited into your payment account. Which of the numbers (or is it both) is incorrect?
