Hi there. I put my prices up two weeks ago to reflect increased delivery charges, and the new prices have been shown in my listings since then. But my sales are still going through at the old price. Has that happened to anyone else, and can anyone tell me why this might be happening? Thanks in advance.
I think you're right. Looking at it on PC rather than the app I found that somehow I had changed the price for overseas customers, but not domestic ones. It's all sorted now - thanks for your help.
I can't imagine why that could be happening. Are you using Delivery Profiles or amending each listing? If you are changing your Delivery Profiles then you do need to scroll to the bottom and click Save.
If you are not using them and want to set them up go to Shop Manager - Settings - Delivery Settings - Create Profile
OP is offering Free Shipping.
Well spotted! I didn't look!

I've never heard of that happening. If it was just isolated instances, I would say a buyer might have had the item in their cart before the price increase, but even then it should charge the new price. And certainly it wouldn't apply to every buyer. I think the best way to get an answer is to contact Etsy directly and ask them to look into it.

Did you happen to change them on the app? I'm still having difficulties in the app showing data other than a desktop version when it comes to open orders and reviews. (Scary)

What was your old price, and what is your new price? I see your listing prices as £2.50 and postage as FREE. Did you try to do a Bulk Edit of your prices to reflect the increase, but not save the changes?
