I've had a shop on Etsy since 2012 and this is the first time this has happened to me. I listed a set of flash cards today. I am charging $12.00. $!2 shows up when I look at the listing in editing but what the customer sees is $15. Now when I was first filling in the info in edit I arbitrarily put in $15 because I hadn't fully researched the item. It seems to have stuck even after I changed it to $12. It must come down to something I'm just not getting. Is this happening to anyone else? Thank you.
I saw another post earlier where someone was renewing an item and changed the price, but the price that showed on the actual listing was still the old price.
