Hi! I lowered my prices a week ago, through out my entire shop. Yesterday a customer asked me to accept a lower price on an item. I noticed that the item in her message was showing as a higher price than the actual item's price. I asked her to check her cart and sure enough when she checked out she saw the actual lower price!
I went on a friend's Etsy page on another computer and looked up my shop and all the prices are still showing as the higher price. You do not see the lower price until you click on and enter the listing.
Has this happened to anyone else or do you have any solutions you can suggest? Note: I changed my prices in the quick edit section, maybe there is a glitch there ...
Thank you!
There were other problems with price changes being made in bulk edit mode, if I remember correctly. Try and change one directly by editing the listing, and see if it sticks.
@SFGIRLINNY: There have also been reports that making changes from the listings page do not propagate except to the listing itself (a problem we have experienced). As inconvenient as it is, editing and publishing the actual listing seems to be a work around.
