Previews with wrong ship attached.

My previews are now showing up with other people's shop attached. And some that are attached to my shop have the wrong info. People are not only asking these vendors for MY products I've had to refund people because they've purchased my items thinking they were something else (the wrong info was attached). WHAT is going on with this? Etsy makes thousands of dollars off of my shop. This is unacceptable. They need to fix this.

I meant to say "shop" in the header. There was no option to edit this.

Previews?  I'm not sure what you are talking about.  In ads?  In Google?  In Etsy search?  In your shop?  At checkout?

On Etsy itself. Several of my customers have stated that when they go into Etsy, the suggested listings at the top before they click on my page are messed up.

What exactly are you referring to?

Ads that appear when a buyer comes in through the marketplace?  That's normal now.  Coming in from the browser yes they are going to see ads for others?  That's been going on for some time.

Your items appear when people search other shops in the same vein.

That's what I am thinking of but if it is soemthing else please give more details so we can understand more.

My customers have stated that when they go into Etsy, the suggested listings that show up before they go to my page are all messed up. I have pictures, but I don’t know how to post them here.
