Pre Transit - Parcel Force UK

My last 4 orders left within the stated delivery time, are still showing as Pre-transit and as such my Top seller status for April and I guess for all following months is looking to be wiped out - Etsy doesn't seem to like lower case in the consignment reference, when I have tried to edit to Capitals it doesn't allow me too so can someone advice / help please ? 

I have been a top seller for 9 + Months I will not allow a bug in this platform to wipe that out, if it does then the whole top seller thing floored, as I believe it to be anyway given Etsy expect replies within 24 hrs regardless of the day of the week ... clearly small businesses don't deserve any time off

Royal Mail in general is still having problems with International deliveries, I think they are hostage to Freight Flights rather than commercial airlines. Tracking continues to be a problem, sometimes the destination country's tracking is more useful. The biggest problem is Etsy immediately recommends a refund before establishing whether a delivery is in transit or genuinely lost.
