I have been periodically using the new app since the announcement with frustration each time. I go back to the previous app each time I try to use it. Now, however, I have no choice but to use the new app. It does not load pictures correctly. I can no longer store my pictures in my phone, which is not conducive to the way I operate. As an example: the photo loading has been cycling for almost twenty minutes and I openly uploaded 3 photos, since taking them one at time was not working. How can I fix this? Am I going to be forced to download all my pics into my computer?

I'm having the same problem. Sooo annoying and I'm really fed up with it. Contacted Etsy support and once they'd told me to do everything I had done - clear cache etc - they disconnected the call! Cannot upload anything using laptop, iPhone or iPad. Shocking app. You need to write a review on the 'feedback' at the bottom right hand corner. Lets hope we get it all back to normal soon!

@PilgrimsCottage I haven't heard one person that likes the new app. Do you have access to a computer?
The new 'improved' app won't upload my photos direct from my phone. With the old app, I could select ten photos and upload really fast in one click. Now, I have to connect my phone to my laptop and use it as an external disc then upload photos one by one to any new listing (the horrible new format which is slower to upload photos than the old format) so creating a new listing is painfully slow. I'm not listing many new items at the moment as it is just too time-consuming. Why have they rolled out another piece of poorly functioning cr*p with the new app, and a new desktop listing format which also performs slower than the old one. Don't they have any skilled programmers working for them?
