Postage labels - QR Codes

Is anyone having issues with the QR codes not printing out on the postage labels (UK) ?  They are showing on the print dialog box but won't print. Printer driver is up to date. Just wondered if it's another etsy issue as my ebay labels have printed fine ??

Ok thank you. It's obviously etsy again. I'll contact them - I can't use the labels as royal mail won't be able to scan them.

according to another post it's also happening on RM itself...

to hear that ebay are fine is a bit weird.

I've contacted them, they've said is not their fault, it's on Royal Mail side. Now I'm waiting to be e-mailed by IT dep.

I'm having the same problem, also on Royal Mail website when I use it independently of Etsy. I tried as a workaround thinking it was just Etsy but it keeps happening. I've had a few labels to cancel today and it is becoming a real pain.

I do hope they get it sorted out soon.

It's Ok on Ebay, just Etsy and RM.

Click & Drop have schedulled maintenance this evening (Tuesday) so perhaps they'll fix it. I didn't notice any problems with my labels I printed over the weekend.

Can you download the labels as a PDF and then open in Acrobat and print from there? Does that make a difference?

Still waiting to hear back from etsy.  It seems you can print ok on Firefox browser.  I think it's just an issue printing them on google chrome.
