Postage System Failure

Is anyone else unable to get any Royal Mail postage on Etsy at the moment?

No, its been a nightmare, I can if I print them one at a time but not in a batch, its been bad for few days but today is the worst , I spoke to Etsy Help but they have no clue.

I can't even get a price for my packages. It says nothing in the drop-down where the postage costs should be! So frustrating

Hi, how did it get fixed? I have emailed Etsy many times about this and I am getting copy and pasted replies which doesn't solve the problem.

This is scheduled maintenance. From Royal Mail:

Upcoming scheduled maintenance notice

If you pay for your postage using your debit/credit card, or by PayPal, then scheduled maintenance at Royal Mail means you won't be able to purchase postage between 22:30 tonight (11th July) and 04:00 tomorrow (12th July)

If you pay for your labels via your Royal Mail OBA account, you will not be affected by this maintenance

Is anyone having this same problem? I can't purchase postage to the US only, I can to the rest of the world including Canada but just not the US. I have contacted Etsy many times and they are not acknowledging the problem. I was hoping at least it would be fixed but if they don't even know it is a problem not sure how it can be fixed! I don't understand why Etsy can't help sellers, it's very upsetting.

I am also getting this problem. I will purchase via Royal Mail Click and Drop until it is fixed.

Have you contacted Etsy? They don't seem to think there is a problem going by their copy and pasted emails showing me how to purchase postage. I also read the Etsy Purchase Protection policy and orders not sent through Etsy postage or untracked mail is not covered so if the order gets lost the seller will have to refund the customer!
