Post Upgrade Option Gone??

Hello

I've just noticed that on my shop, the option to upgrade to 1st class delivery has gone? There is no drop down option when selecting delivery.

Ive always had this available, and it's still currently showing in my delivery settings, but its not showing to a buyer they can upgrade to 1st class? Has anyone else had this issue? I've not touched the settings at all.

The buyer has to enter a zip code before upgrade options are shown.

Only US or Canada buyers have to do that.

@EverlongCreationsCo  Yeah, I don't see upgrades available in cart, which is strange.

I've since found out its available right at the end before the buyer clicks/agrees to the purchase?  Its in the review section with the item, address info. Then it asks if they would like to upgrade??!!  

I kept wondering why all my orders started only buying standard 2nd Class shipping, i don't think this new way is very clear

I did see something the other day tiny text underneath the delivery date "more options at checkout" and I was like...but you wanna see this before you hit the checkout button.

Etsy either testing, or permanent change with no announcement.
