Possible system glitch, any advice?

A happy and friendly customer has just left us a flattering review, but despite lovely words, it's come through as a one star.

I contacted her, and she said that it was a mistake and resubmitted it. No change, anyone else seeing this?

Yes, I can only see one star on that review.

Ask the buyer to hover over the 5th star and click on that.  She may be thinking she has to do the individual stars.  No the last star to get the 5 star. 

Try one more time to see if she makes it happen,  After that I would leave it alone and maybe compose a response perhaps.
