Pop up reminding me to purchase what is in my cart

Every time I go to my shop page I get a Pop up reminding me to purchase what is in my cart. But my cart is empty. It is annoying. How can I stop it?

@MimiAndMe2   You probably can't stop it.  Etsy loves annoying everyone with popups, including the "leave a review" one that drives every seller nuts.  I guess it's because we must be too stupid to know about these things.

I am SICK TO DEATH of these pop ups!!! If I, a seller on Etsy, am sick of them, just imagine what they're doing to my customers!! Etsy, please, for the love of PETE, drop the nagging pop ups!!! Maybe a reminder when one logs in each day, but NOT EVERY REFRESHED WINDOW!!! I'm just trying to do some searching and every new search pops up what I favorited, or what's in my cart, or what I've already bought, or what I need to leave feedback on.......ENOUGH!!! ENOUGH!!!

I'm sick to death of pop-ups. Etsy isn't the only one. I stopped putting things in my Etsy cart because of pop-ups. I recently bought a handful of supplies from what seems to be a lovely shop ... I was getting pop-ups for EACH item. And since I bought some items for the sheer fun of it from a new shop that had a story here on the forum that tugged my heart more than most. I'm getting emails about every single time the item moves ... label created, USPS has it, it's on it's way. (I know none of that is the shop's doing and so I won't hold it against them). But sigh ... just too much ado over trivia. 

I just blocked a well-known company that I have bought from frequently for around 30 years because of 'you left something in your cart' emails. I was cleaning out my email and saw that they were sending 2-3 emails per day. Too much.

I quit putting things in my favorites or my cart when this all stared, and store them in folders off site instead. 

Now ... if they'd just offer a box to check for "I don't wish to leave a review" or, better yet,  an option to not receive review reminders at all.

I don't think you can stop it. The other day I put an item in my cart and immediately there was a pop up saying "Remember this? 3 other people have this in their cart" or words to that effect. I had literally just put it in there so of course I remember it.

Just wanted to let everyone know what finally worked. My daughter figured it out. Even though I am a seller and the problem only happened when I went to my shop channel it was a problem as a buyer since the pop up kept telling me I had something in my cart. So I got the Etsy buyer's app and signed in. It showed I had 3 things in my cart that I had already purchased. I removed them and now no pop up.

So it's just a very sneaky way to get people to download the app, eh?

It’s the huge, page blocking  pop-up that tells me to get the app that irritates me most. 

I really hate smarmy marketing manipulation.

I purchased 6 different colours of an item.  They expected SIX different reviews!  I answered the first one favourably.  On the other five, I wrote "see the review I wrote above".  How ridiculous.  It should be "per order".

My current favorite pop up is the one that asks me if I remember the item I put in my cart 10 seconds ago.

I keep getting the pop up prompting me to purchase the last item I fav'd because there's only one left. Problem is there's only one left because I already bought the other one.
