Pop up duty fee and custom time not showing

Hi on the pop up the part about not being responsible for custom delay and duty is not showing on our shop. Any way to fix it ? It seems a fixed rule from etsy but is not showing and we had a problem with a customer .

It's hidden under a drop down.

Customs and Import Taxes, in bold, underneath payment methods, it has an arrow, you have to click it to see it.

on the main listing page under the return policies and price, it says

view policies,
if you click on that, it says

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
