I make custom items using the buyer's photos. I've noticed recently that the photos that they are attaching are not coming through in the original size and the quality on my end is not good. The images I receive through email are much higher pixels/resolution.
I then need to message them back and ask them to send the photo through email - which takes more time and effort on my end to complete their order, not including waiting for their reply and sometimes not getting a response. The images I receive from them when they email the photos are much higher quality.
Does anyone know if Etsy changed something - it's not happing just once or twice, it is almost every image that is being sent to me.
