I fully understand that you need AI to control the messages, looking for scammers, spammers and sellers illegally contacting potential customers.
But when it comes to custom requests, please stop spamming them. They will require messages back and forth, included multiple images.
When you suddenly spam this message half way conversation, but do not make the message appear in the spam folder until more than a day passes after the customer replied, it makes me look unprofessional and an idiot for not replying sooner.
If you can not get this fixed, I will stop taking customs on Etsy, as I will not have some overzealous incapable faulty AI mess with my reputation.
@ the mods, you are free to read all my messages in the dashboard, if this can get the issues fixed. The custom request messages are "labelled" with "custom request"
