Please make downloads work through the app

I wrote everywhere that downloads do not work through the app, and I have yet another 1star review that they can't download, and I message the files manually, when I do pay for that instant download option. Just defeats the point! At least write somewhere clearly that downloads do not work through the app. And when they try to log in through the browser, on the phone, the "login through the app" prompt appears, with a very tiny X that nobody can find! and leaves everybody frustrated

@GaiaEmbroidery: It is questionable if Etsy will ever enable digital downloads through the app - Apple has restrictions on in-app digital purchases, primarily financial ones. I believe that even eBay and Amazon only allow downloads through a website (via browser) or transferred via email.

It costs to make downloads available in the app.  This has been asked for years.  Maybe someday Etsy will but in the past and today, they have made no moves to make it possible.

Create a snippet that explains downloading.  Explain it in your message to buyer fully.  Add a note to listings and FAQ.

It seems most of your buyers are able to do the download easily.
