Please help - unable to access account

Hi Everyone,

I am at my wits end with trying to get a response from Etsy.

Etsy showed an error when I was purchasing postage labels (UK) and brought 301 labels instead of 43 (each order had 7 labels)! I contacted Etsy via the chat available to star seller and was advised to request refunds for them all. Part way through this process I was locked out of my account and advised to reset my password however it was at this point I realised I was no longer getting emails from Etsy so I cannot access the link to re-set my password and therefore I am locked out of my account. 

The only way I can contact them at the minute is via the email which I did do on Sunday and had one response yesterday asks loads of security questions which I responded to very quickly and I haven't had anything since. I can see I am still getting orders though and will now have orders that are overdue. 

Does anyone know of any other way that I can contact them? 

It is extremely frustrating that this was caused by an error on they system and then the guidance they told me to follow and now I have been locked out for nearly three days. This is my full time job so I cannot afford for this to go on any longer.

Personally I am not fond of chat when it comes to financial and technical issues.

Send Etsy an email detailing your problem.  Include your phone number if you want to have them call you.

The number is suspicious to Etsy so that is probably why you were locked out.

The second is phone request to send them your phone number.  No guarantees that it will work.

The security questions you have to answer to prove it is your shop.  

You have no about page or shop policies which can double Etsy's reasons for asking security questions.

It may be an Etsy glitch or a combination of your computer and Etsy.  No way of knowing exactly where the problem is.
