there are several bugs at the moment! I have several foreign purchases, but the price is the german one. I have different shipping profiles, they are not used any more! Don't know what to do. And I have different prices for foreign countries.
Plus : the shipping time was too short concerning one purchase, so I had to cancel the purchase. The new planners still aren't printed, that's why the shipping time is relatively long. Until now it did work correctly, but this time there must be a big bug in the system.
I am using shipping profiles, but they are not used correctly. I have only trouble at the moment. The support could not help. Now there isn't anyone to answer…
Can anybody help?

your 2024 calendars are showing a ship date of 9th september - so that looks like about 4 weeks?
