Please Help! Vacation Mode & ID-upload

Hi There!

So three weeks ago, Etsy put my shop on vacation mode (because I recieved one order, only one) and I thought as soon as that order is shipped, it would reopen. They never opened it again and I somehow can't do it myself?? I've already wrote to Etsy support five times, they said it's because they could not verify my taxpayer ID. Okay, so I tried uploading my ID card, front and back side, but I can't press the SEND button?? The button is grey and it says to upload SEVEN files for verification (I only have three, maybe four?).  I then uploaded my ID via email support and never heard anything again. Today, I got the same email again, that I need to upload my ID. But I somehow cannot do that.

Can anybody please help? Because etsy support doesn't do anything and my shop is already extremely small, so now it's kind of dead. I am thinking of moving to another platform for selling, does anyone have recommendations?

You need to reply to the email Etsy is sending you to let them know the problems you are having.  If you don't reply to the email they close it as if the issue is solved.  Don't send any more emails, just keep the one email going back and forth until it is resolved.
