Please Help: Shop Placed on Holiday Mode- its been more than 48 hours!

My Etsy Stores were all placed on Holiday Mode at around 3pm on Friday 13th December. (Etsy Notification "Your shop will stay in Holiday mode while we review your info. This means you won't be able to receive new orders until we finish verifying your info (which usually takes up to 48 hours after you uploaded your document). No need to do anything else right now – we'll reach out if we need more details from you.")

I have uploaded all relevant proof of ID months ago, and reviewed all my legal and tax information. It's now been more than 48 hours.

My Etsy Store is my full time source of income and with one week left to receive and send Christmas orders, this disruption is severely impacting my livelihood. 

Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry this happened to you. If you browse through threads on Etsy forum, it is full of sellers with the same problem.

Urgent assistance required: Shops placed on holiday mode for over 48 hours

Dear Etsy Support,

I am writing to follow up regarding my shops, Eveandwilddesigns and Eveandwildco, which was placed in holiday mode for verification purposes on Friday 13th at around 3pm. It has now been over 48 hours since I submitted all the relevant tax and legal documentation, including my driver’s license, to confirm my identity.

As the owner of these shops, I am extremely concerned about the lack of communication and resolution. With only one week remaining to process and ship Christmas orders, this disruption is severely impacting my sales and livelihood during the busiest season of the year.

I kindly ask that you review my submitted information at your earliest convenience. If any additional documentation is required to expedite the process, please let me know so I can provide it immediately.

@EVEANDWILDDESIGNS: Are you aware that Etsy requires that "you must list all the shops you run in the Public Profile section of each account" https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017604474-How-to-Open-a-Second-Shop-on-Etsy?segment=selli... Etsy seems to be cracking down on technical violations.

I have contacted Etsy support 6 times now, and still no response!

Same here, it's been 4 days now with zero email from Etsy to indicate why, no reply to my Ticket I opened, and zero responses. All just very random. They already verified my store info months ago. There was NO new business info that was uploaded.

Same thing happened to 2 of my 3 shops. Only my vintage shop is still active. So I tried to contact Etsy through my vintage shop using online chat. At first, the agent was promptly responding. However, after he transferred me to a different department and told me to stay on the line, the chat went dead. No responding after hours and even after I sent a few follow-up messages. I sent emails through help centre two days ago from both my shops which were forced into vacation mode. Unfortunately I haven’t heard any thing back.
