Plant listing not showing up

I started the day with 4 active plant listings that I added within the month and everything was fine. Today I posted a plant listing on my Etsy account and as soon as I did that all of my listing aren’t available now. When I try to view them they say “Sorry, this item is unavailable in your region.” All the listing only ship to the U.S. and I live in the U.S. how do I fix this issue. I’m trying to sell Monstera Albos, Florida ghost philodendron, and Epipremnum pinnatum.

Read all the other forums posts about the same thing happening to other plant sellers.

@TheProudPlanter

I see zero listings when I look but that may be due to my location and etsy may be filtering what is shown.

Look in listing manager to see if etsy deactivated them.

shop manager > listings. Then use the sort filters on the right to sort for 'inactive'. If etsy deactivated them they will say "deactivated by etsy" in red. If that's the case then you should check email (including spam folder) as they usually send an email when they deactivate something.

There have been many threads about plant listings being deactivated in the past few days.

I checked and all the listing are active still. It’s just so weird how no one in the U.S. can see them.

These are links to the other threads here in the forums. In these threads are other links, from Etsy's updated policies to USDA site, etc.
As with many things, Etsy may not have gotten it right the first time when it comes to releasing bots to deactivate listings &/or whatever process they use to limit the availability of listings to buyers in certain locations.

Re: Plant listing not showing up

@TheProudPlanter - Yes, your shop is different. All of the other shops participating in the other threads, I could see their listings but if I clicked on them (or at least the majority) I would be advised they were not available in my region.
The only thing I can think of is to go into your shop manager & check how you have your shop's location set.
There might be something that makes Etsy think you are in the Country of Georgia? Instead of the State of Georgia in the USA? Maybe try your City & State?

Re: Plant listing not showing up

I checked and it is set to GA United States. I looked at all the links and chatted with Etsy customer service, who sent me the same links to look at and I still can’t figure it out. Etsy also said it could be regional restrictions.
