Plaid link button still doesn't work have tried all different browsers and not help from Etsy contact us Keep getting the same automated email saying read the ways to do it I KNOW HOW TO DO IT ??? but the BUTTON WILL NOT OPEN THE LINK
@whiskeycandlemolds It sounds like you probably have a browser extension (like an ad blocker, antivirus program, or another extension) blocking the link. You'll have to disable the extension to get access. There's no other way around it.

@whiskeycandlemolds: "Keep getting the same automated email saying read the ways to do it" DO NOT open a new issue or contact Etsy multiple times about the same issue (doing so closes the one you already opened and puts the new one on the bottom of the pile). Every eMail from Etsy support should have a link something like "I Still Need Help". Click on that link (or actually reply stating that you still need help) to keep the report alive, otherwise Etsy will assume the issue has been resolved. You may have to do this innumerable times, but once on each Etsy reply before anything is done but do not give up.
Reply to their original reply with I Still Need Help as the subject line. Then tell them your problem again. You may get a form letter 2 or 3 times before a real person addresses your problem.
DO NOT start a new inquiry, or they will close the old one and treat your inquiry as a new problem and move you to the back of the line waiting for help, which will just slow down you actually getting help, and they will probably send a form letter that doesn't address your problem again. So keep all further contact with the original inquiry replies.
You can request a call from Etsy. For call backs on the weekdays you can go through Shop Manager>Community & Help>Contact Us>Selling on Etsy>Deposits>I Still Need Help>... Call backs are 7a.m. to 9pm Eastern time.
@whiskeycandlemolds - I am having the exact same problem as you did. The Plaid link does not work no matter what device I use. We’re you ever able to resolve your issue?
