Pictures of listings not loading

I went to copy one of my listings and the pictures would not load. Tried it for another list, same thing. Then I checked one of of my friends shops, same thing. I get an icon that represents the picture but no picture. 

A bit hard to sell anything if no one knows what it looks like. 

Anyone else having this problem?

Just checked my other shop using my laptop instead. Same problem. 

When I click on my shop I see all of my listings BUT when I click on individual listings to view them the pictures will not load.

Sounds like it could be a device or ISP issue. Clear your cache or try a different browser. Or reboot your modem.

This is happening to me too. Its showing the text and not the picture. Is it something with the new Alt text being implemented for the sight impaired? Glitchy

@PortalsFromThePast  I also was having problems getting my listing photos to load.  I found out that my photos were too big.  They should not be larger than 300K.  Here is where I found that info - https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000337987-How-to-Resolve-Issues-With-Shop-Images?segment=...   I use 'pixlr editor' (online free version) to change the size of my photos.  This may be your problem.
