Currently, when adding pix to a listing, an error says photo needs to be under 10MB. I’ve edited, & still get the red [error] box.
Also, when a customer asks for more detailed photos, I get the dreaded red box saying:
[Hmm. Something went wrong. Please try again.]
I’m sure it’s me, or my system (MacBook Air) but have no clue how to fix further. Yes, I turn system off, clear cache & delete history daily.
Headed to regular job so I probably won’t be able to see responses until tomorrow.
