Photos Not Uploading

For the past 24 hours I have not been able to Upload Photos to a new listing in the Etsy Seller App.  I tap on Add a photo, it try’s for a few seconds, and then the red letters come up Upload Failed Retry.  I click Retry and the same thing happens.

I have tried all of the usual methods to resolve including uninstalling and reinstalling the App and nothing helps.  I have also tried using the Browser and it times out without letting the photos upload.

Is there a way to contact Etsy to fix this issue?  I have tried going through the Help Center but I can’t find a way to contact a person via email.

You are a Star Seller, so you should have access to chat. There should be a chat icon on the Orders page. If you go through the help center, you basically have to wade through the maze to find a topic that will show email or chat options. 

Did you try a different browser & clear cache/cookies? Or a computer instead of a phone/tablet?

I don't know if I'm in a test, or late to the party, but there are a lot of new features added to my photos.  This could account for some of the issues you're having. 

However, adjusting the saturation a little bit took THREE MINUTES AND 12 SECONDS to 'apply.'

All to say, I think there is work being done with the photos, and will surely cause us lots of future annoyance like you're experiencing, yay!

Same issue here - I also think this might be due to the recent product dev on mobile app. Uploading one photo at a time seems to have helped. So frustrating!

I am in contact with Etsy Support.  If they have a solution I will let you know.

Try uploading the image via the browser on your device rather than via the app

I am having the same issue on my App , can't upload photos since yesterday , Chat does not work at the moment either

I have been in contact with Etsy Support.  If they have a solution I will let you know.

I have also been in contact with Etsy support , my support suggestion was basically , just use the Laptop instead of the APP and they will not fix it right now

For over a week I cannot upload photos through my app. Everything is up to date, still won't work. SOMETIMES, I can upload photos one at a time on my desktop. This is costing me hours of wasted time now. I have sent every kind of support bug message possible, as well as multiple e-mails, getting responses that have not fixed the problem. I have sold here for over 10 years and it's extremely disappointing that something so crucial is left broken for so long.

I tried uploading photos on desktop and it's super slow too... Rotating pictures takes ages. Soooo annoying !!

It uploads about half way then says failed to upload I'm about ready to give up.
