Photo Edit / Drag and Drop Not Working?

Just a day or two ago I noticed when I go to Edit Photos - where I typically load in mockups and reshuffle order of photos by dragging and dropping ... I can't drag photos around to reorder. they're just stuck in the order they defaulted to. Which means any attractive mockups come in at the end.

Anyone ever experience anything like this? Fix?

I was having a similar issue that started a couple days ago while using the Edge browser. I switched to Chrome and it works correctly in the Chrome browser.

When this happened to me I found I was in need of another update.  Doing so fixed the problem.

Hi, I've always used Chrome (desktop computer). And have not had a problem.  Also, I did not use the new listing form (kept switching back to the old one every time).

Hope this helps in some way.

I did two listings earlier today and was able to click and drag with no problems and was able to reorder the photos. I use the new format.
