Phone app troubles

I have had trouble for weeks trying to use my mobile phone app to use my "sell on Etsy app" as soon as I try to use overview, I get "Uh, oh, there was a problem", and my Activity stopped on Sept. 21, 2022 - help please - My sales have taken a dive - thanks, Kaye (bohostyleme)

Are you using the old app or the new?  Try using the other or try using your phone's browser instead of either of the next to useless apps.
