Personalized digital product listing and missing tracking info problem.

I sell personalized portrait illustration in my store. If I select the digital product option in the listing section, I cannot put variations such as the number of people or the background color.

For this reason, I am listing my product as a physical product. But I ship orders the same day, and despite my customers giving me 5 stars, Etsy needs a tracking number to believe I've shipped my order.

There's no way I have a tracking number as I sent it via email or Etsy. Etsy does not offer any solution for this problem.

I cannot receive my payments and become a Star Seller.

Please help!

You can still receive payments but not star seller.

No way around it.

Star seller rules are clear.

If you're on a payment reserve, then those too are pretty clear. All orders funds will be held for the full 45 days if you don't have tracking to release them sooner.

you can mark as shipped, and choose "other" and say it was e-mailed,

so for everything else apart from the purple pixel badge, you will be fine.

I wouldn't worry about a few purple pixels
