Personalization bug on customer orders

I have had two orders that say personalization not requested on this item in the past couple weeks. I never had this issue before. I thought customers were required to enter something in order to purchase an item. I can't make these items without the personalization. Thankfully both customers responded to my messages.

In your listing, at the bottom of the Description section, there's an option to turn on or make personalization optional (which if they don't put anything in the box, then we get the not requested message). Is yours toggled on? Something could have happened where they were accidentally turned off, making it an optional.

I went back to look at my order and the personalization is all of a sudden showing up. I guess there was an issue with it for a short period of time.
