Perfect Score for Star Seller yet still don't have a Star?

Hello,

How can I contact Etsy so that I can get the credit of a Star Seller on my site. I have a cross the board 100% score. Does anyone know what I can do? Thanks

I think the scores have to qualify over the past three months.  The badge is only awarded on the 1st of the month so perhaps you will get it in August if your scores were good for the past 3 months.

The Etsy help desk does not have the ability to change anything on Star Seller. They suggest you post exactly where you did.

You have less than 5 star reviews from April.  That is probably the problem.

@VintageFindsWNC - You have the 'reply' and 'shipping badges' so the less than 5 star reviews probably hurt your chance for getting the Star Badge for July.
The percentages you are seeing now are for the August badge which uses the stats from May, June & this month - July.
You need to select the previous review period to see the stats Etsy used for this month's star.

Also, off topic, but do finish setting up your shop - add Shop Policies:

It is becoming very important for shops to have policies in place, especially if they ever need to use Etsy's seller protections.

Your review average is 4.74 for the last review period.  The requirement is 4.8 or above. 

Make sure that you're looking at the "last review period" tab, not the "current review period" tab.

His 2 1* reviews dropped off at the end of June.  If nothing happens, he should make it on August 1.

July 1 star covered the months April, May and June.

Looks like you have 4.74 for reviews for the current period, so that wouldn't meet the 4.8 minimum.
(Sorry, just noticed @FallenAngelBrass also posted the calculation earlier. At least our math skills are correct!)

I am having the same issue. When I look at my score for the last and current review period I have a perfect score, 100% on everything but I do not see a Star Seller badge on my shop.

Did you meet all the other requirements? Minimum # of orders and $ sold? Have you been on etsy long enough to participate?

Sales # and $ minimum is 5 sales and $300 in sales.

Has it been 90 days since your first sale? If not then that is why.

"Messages, shipping, ratings, orders, and sales are calculated to determine Star Seller. In order to be evaluated, you need to have been on Etsy’s platform for 90 days since your first sale and comply with applicable policies, including our Seller Policy  and our Terms of Use ."

I'll venture a guess that it's the 90 days thing since you don't have any of the individual badges either.
