Pending order

Hello all,

I have recently shipped out an order but on my Etsy app it still shows the order as if it wasn’t shipped? Also saying I’m 1 day late. Carrier and tracking info where provided that would normally close the order. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Try clicking on completing the order - something I do if the order is picked up or hand delivered to a local buyer. 

Also check the tracking details to make sure they are in the right format - it's easy to have a leading or trailing space in the tracking number that could throw it off.
