Pending Verification problem!!!

Hi everyone, I am a seller on etsy. Does anyone know how to contact etsy team and talk to them.

My account has been closed for more than 15 days due to passport issues. When I submitted the passport I contacted the etsy team for 2 weeks and all I received was a default email response. Every time!!! There was no help from anyone at all to solve my problem.

1.  "chat with us" : not helpful.

They just tell you that they will notify the etsy team.

2. "email": not helpful.

All emails are automated replies from bots. All you can do is wait, and you often have to wait more than 1 or 2 months for a real person to reply.

3. "real person": not helpful.

Lucky you got here, but unfortunately they never help you with your problem in the first email, they will ask you reply to them a second time and you need to keep waiting. (I have waited already for more than 4 days again)

My first store was also closed for up to 2 months and I kept telling them my account was not in violation and appealed. But even after appealing I only got a default email.
After 2 months they told me it was a system error ...... That's funny.

I don't have the patience to wait on Etsy anymore. I came to etsy from somewhere else thinking it was a great platform, but honestly I've never seen a platform with such poor user service.

Take one email and reply back that you still need help.

Is your passport  address the same as the address you started your shop with?  If not than can cause an issue. 

Your shop is actually syspended permanently.

You will get a generic email.  You will need to use that email to keep contacting them.  Do not open multiple emails.

If they opened your other shop, is it different from this one?   If it is clip art as well Etsy may consider it a duplicate shop.

It is not my passport problem. The problem is that etsy team never verify it, so my account is always "Pending Verification". And after I filed an appeal, I wasn't approved because my passport is still in "Pending Verification" status.

I tried to contact them but always reply to my default email and tell me to go to etsy help, when i went to appeal at etsy help, etsy didn't give me a pass, my passport is not verified yet.

I used etsy's "chat with us" and asked them to contact a specialist to resolve the issue for me. One of the specialist never replied to me after the first email. Now it's day 4 and my account has been closed for about 3 weeks long.

My first shop was travel poster. My second shop was clipart. etsy closed my first shop but two months later they found out that it was a system error and my first shop was permanently closed due to a system error and then they restored it for me.

The second shop being closed was an ID issue. When submitting a passport you need to select a country, but it didn't have my country in it, I'm currently in Australia so I applied to etsy for a new window to submit a passport.
When I submitted it, i wait over 12 days and etsy still hasn't verified the passport yet.
