I have a customer who has purchased an item but her order is pending due to incorrect email address and home address on her paypal account. Is there anyway she can either Cancel her order or rectify the address ? Thanks
Not that I know of - you will have to wait until it has finished processing before you can cancel.
@OrganiseThis - The Buyer can contact Etsy, explain the situation & request cancellation. But there isn't anything you can do.
