Paypal Address Change Issues

Am trying to change my paypal address ,every time I insert the new email a security code is sent to my previous email the problem is am not getting it , even in the spam folder , what could be the issue?

Since your Shop Location HONESTLY states that you are in "UNITED STATES" you will have to sign up for the Etsy Payment system.

People in the USA can't use stand alone Paypal.

Unless you're being dishonest about your Shop Location....???

@PlatypusDream  She probably still has her Paypal account.  I still have several despite Etsy Payments and Ebay Payments and Shopify Payments.  I still have my Paypal. 

Download accounts don't need to have their location set at all since all downloads are sold worldwide so the search engine doesn't need to know where anyone is from and neither does the buyer.

@LiquidZone  - For you problems with PayPal you'll need to contact PayPal. 

If you used that email you no longer have access to here, yes, you'll need to change the email address here too.
