We have noticed that orders that linger on the payment processing status for a few minutes or more are then not pulled through to click and drop when the payment has completed. This has been happening for at least a few weeks and it would be nice if it could be fixed.
How long were the orders in 'processing' mode for? Click & Drop only pulls in active orders from the last 7 days. Have you tried going into C&D and clicking on the refresh icon? I suppose you will just have to input the address data manually which is a pita - I'm sorry.
Click & Drop support have an email address somewhere, maybe try contacting them (since Etsy support is so slow)
