Payment hold and vacation mode on

Dear Etsy team 

My payment has been put on hold for the last 44 days and my shop has been put on vacation mode. I am not able to contact Etsy Help Center. Please help me and solve my problem. 

I have completed all the orders on time. I have talked to Pioneer. They are telling me that Etsy has held your payment. Please help me.

You are talking to other sellers here in the forums - not Etsy. Check your email both regular and spam. They probably want a copy of your ID.

47 It's been a while now and till now Etsy has not released my payment and has kept the payment on hold. My shop has also been put on vacation mode. I am very worried. Please tell me something.
