ISSUE RESOLVED - THANK YOU!
I usually receive weekly deposits on a Monday and have had no issues at all with that until today. The payment is not normally initiated until around midday, but I just checked my payment account, and there is no date showing for when the next deposit is due. (I don't remember how it is usually phrased, but there is normally a line of text to indicate the date of next deposit.) The 'available for deposit' amount is showing as £0.00, even though my balance in Recent Activities is showing over £50. This is an accumulation from the previous week, not a single transaction from the last 24 hours that hasn't cleared yet.
My account is not on a reserve of any kind, no overdue orders, I've received no communication from Etsy, and I am a star seller with no issues that I'm aware of. Is the missing deposit date & amount just a glitch, or is this indicative of some kind of problem on my account? Any advice appreciated. Thanks in advance.
I've just double-checked in my 2nd shop. Underneath the 'available for deposit amount' it states 'scheduled for 26 May', and this is the text that is missing from the account I am posting from.
the payment account shows deposit schedule as ........ daily, weekly, 2 weekly or once a month
you have to click on that, so see what the next day of deposit is.
It sometimes takes a while after the payment is sent, for everything to be updated
as today is a bank holiday, not sure if it will take longer to update
It sometimes takes longer to appear during a bank holiday.
But it shows instantly in the payment account, recent activities.
I noticed the weekly balance, does not go to 0 until around 12:00 on Mondays
I know what the layout/wording should look like by comparing with my other shop. But it's possible there may be a bank holiday delay and everything will still process as normal. I will try not to panic too much until after lunchtome!
It might be a glitch, mine is showing the payment schedule for Monday (Scheduled for 26 May also around noon)
Make sure to double check your banking & card details to makes sure nothing has changed.
After this try logging out and clearing all your cookies and cache and log back in.
If nothing changes, request a call back from Etsy

Which browser are you using?, or which virus protect do you use?
(You can usually access this by pressing Ctrl+Shift+Delete (Windows) or Command+Shift+Delete (Mac)

I managed to lock out of myself out of my account while trying to sort this out (but that's a me-problem, not an Etsy-problem!). Anyway, having now checked payment account from a different device I was already logged into, I can see that it was just a display/cookies issue. Everything is showing as normal from my other device, with deposit scheduled for today.

ISSUE NOW RESOLVED - thanks to those above for your help while I was panicking! It was indeed a cookies issue, and all looks normal in my payment account when viewed from a different device. Thanks again!
