Dear Etsy Support Team,
I have been attempting to update my company name and bank account information, but the verification process has been stuck in progress for weeks. Despite multiple emails to the Trust and Safety team, I have not received a response.
Could you please let me know how long it will take to resolve this issue? Unfortunately, due to the "Pending Verification" status of the payment method, I am unable to receive my funds or update the IBAN, as there is no option available to make changes.
I have also reached out via chat support, but they directed me to contact the Trust and Safety team, which, as mentioned, has not replied. Who can assist me in unlocking the payment and resolving this situation?
