Payment Options modifications on existing Sellers

Hello,

I am facing issue regarding the enrolling on Etsy payment, as per information i see there is wrong information on Etsy payment that's reason enrollment is not completed but I don't saw any modification tab or option on Etsy site to may it correct and complete the enrollment.

And no support I got from Etsy support team, they just ask us to reach to Payoneer but Payoneer team refused by saying that the provided account is not working.

If any one guide me it is very helpful.

One thing I know can be an issue is the name. Make sure you have the exact same name on all documents you submit. They must match your bank account. Not sure if that is your issue, but thought I would mention.
