Payment Account is Saying having trouble Loading

My Payment account is showing having trouble loading and not showing total. As well My listing Pages are showing a red Banner Having issues Off and on But still works so not sure what is going on Please Fix

Try switching to Chrome if you are using a different browser.

I checked my Payment Account and Listings pages.  No problems (Chrome, Windows 10, desktop computer).

It doesn't help you guys who are having trouble; just wanted you to know I checked. 
For those having trouble (only if you haven't done this), did you try:

Clearing cache/cookies; unplug modem, then plug back in; try a different browser (I've always used Chrome).

I really hope this gets resolved for you.

Here is another Thread with Sellers reporting the same problem.  A Seller posted they were told by Admin this is a glitch, yet there is no Announcement in Technical Issues about this.

Some Sellers within this Thread and the other Thread which I pasted a link to (above), cannot load their Payment Account Page.  For some, this has been going on for days.  Some were told by an Admin that it is a Technical Glitch.  Do you know if this is being looked into?

(I'm not having this problem; my pages load fine.  But others cannot load theirs).
