I am unable to update any card that I have on file nor add a new card. Every time is says "we were unable to charge the card ending in xxxx. Update card info.
I reported this 9 days ago and nothing has been fixed.
I can't get through to Etsy. Chat says they'll get with me in 7-10 days!! That's nuts.
Anybody else have this issue?
