etsy fixes nothing, as far as they are concerned, their bots check, and if things don't match/aren't right, you have to fix it.
they check what you enter on Etsy, against information you enter in payoneer, that payoneer verifies.
If the info on etsy is wrong, you have to edit the information here
If the information on Payoneer is wrong, or they are not passing the correct verification information, you have to contact payoneer
