I’m reaching out because my **customers have not been able to use PayPal** as a payment option for months now. I have reported this issue several times, but there has been **no resolution or clear explanation** so far.
While I understand that other payment methods are available, **PayPal is a critical option** for many of my buyers, especially in Germany. I have invested in Etsy Ads regularly (including **-43,62 € just yesterday**) and have built a shop with over 200 sales and **Star Seller status**. However, this ongoing issue is affecting my conversion rate and overall customer satisfaction.
I respectfully ask:
1. Why is this PayPal issue still unresolved after such a long time?
2. Is this problem being addressed, and when can I expect it to be fixed?
