I just went to renew a listing and when I clicked renew, it showed me
This has been happening with the new listing form. The date should show correctly after you actually renew it.
A brooch that it was listed July 14th expired yesterday ? Is this something new ?
@GroundZeroCreations: A known interface bug, upon renewing the correct expiration date should show. Another discussion about this https://community.etsy.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Renewing-listing-says-ends-may-2024/m-p/146281961#M87...
@BagmakerSupply So I went ahead and renewed the listing and you are correct, the expiration date did adjust correctly.
But I keep saying, what the heck is Etsy doing with all their IT employees that we continue to have a website riddled with so many issues and glitches.
Thank you for your reply.
I renew the brooch , now it shows that it was listed April 24th and I had to pay 0,20 again.
Oh no! Thank you for sharing this. I have many listings set up for automatic relist. I'll go check those now. A bit concerned about this problem as it could end up being expensive.
