How can I do this with Pattern Website Editor?

Did you have any luck?   I have been trying for years now to get a google conversion tag to work on the Pattern site with no luck !!  I have never been able to get help from anyone on Etsy with this.   Still no tag works !!

I don't believe you can since you do not own the Etsy domain, subdomain or subpath, and you need to in order to be able to edit the source code. As a result, you’re unable to claim Pinterest, most social accounts, and online shops hosted on marketplaces such as Etsy, eBay and Amazon.
